I was sobbing, trying so hard to fall asleep while my newborn baby was sleeping at my side\u2026<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

My husband, our baby, and I had recently moved to spend two months of our parental leave in beautiful Granada, Spain. I had dreamt about returning from Sweden to my beloved Spain for so long, imagining a peaceful, sun-soaked retreat with my family.
But reality turned out to be something completely different.<\/p>

At that time, I was the leader of an artist hub, an art collective, a venue, a community.

It wasn\u2019t just work; it was my passion, my purpose, my second home. I had poured my heart into it for years, and watching it grow into something real and impactful was one of the greatest joys of my life. What had begun as a voluntary initiative had transformed into a full-scale operation with responsibilities, funded projects, employees (and a struggeling to fall asleep so most nights!)\u2026<\/p>

This was my first extended period away from the organization, and as I had feared, things were beginning to fall apart. I had always believed that if I stepped away, the whole thing would crumble. In truth, I had built something<\/strong>\u00a0unsustainable.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

And there I was, lying in our Andalusian bed\u2026<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2026next to my sleeping family, unable to rest. My mind was racing, trying to solve all the problems from a distance, spinning in endless loops of worry and responsibility. It was in that moment I realized:
I was on my way to burning out again. And this time with a three month baby at my side, I couldn\u2019t let that happen.<\/p>

It felt like I had built highways in my brain dedicated entirely to work. Every single quiet moment, my mind automatically turned to solutions, new ideas, and crisis management. Even though I deep down loved it so much -the work owned me.<\/p>

I knew something HAD to change.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

To make the hardest decision of my life<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To step away from the organization I had built over the past ten years, I needed help.<\/p>

So I turned to a mentor and a professional coach. They helped me clear my scattered mind and guided me toward a path of true transformation, a path I am still on today.<\/p>

After making that big and hard decision, to step away from the work I deeply loved,\u00a0 I decided to give myself time for healing, sleep, and deep exploration of how calm I could actually be.<\/p>

Those months, combined with my experience of running an organization for years, freelancing as an artist, experiencing burnout, and my deep fascination with holistic health and well-being, are what shape my work today.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

At first, the shift felt unnatural\u2026<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Slowing down, allowing stillness- these were things I had never mastered before. But as the weeks passed, I began to notice small changes. My body wasn\u2019t in a constant state of tension. My thoughts became clearer. Creativity, which had once felt like a distant memory, started flowing back. And for the first time in many many years, I felt truly present: with myself, with my family, with life.<\/p>

Now, my life is filled with deeper colors, richer experiences, and a sense of lightness I never thought possible. I wake up rested and with clarity rather than exhausted and dread. My work feels expansive, not restrictive. My relationships have deepened, my intuition has sharpened, and I have finally learned to trust that things can flow with ease rather than force. Every moment isn\u2019t consumed by a to-do list:<\/p>

I am fully here, living, breathing, and creating from a place of alignment rather than exhaustion.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
