Alongside more than a decade of leading and developing a cultural organisation, I’ve spent more than 20 years on stage as a singer and performer – and years working with voice, expression, presence and creative development.
As a leader, you’re constantly balancing the bigger picture with what’s right in front of you.
You need to move the business forward while supporting your people. Make decisions while the full picture is rarely available. Protect long-term development while dealing with today’s urgent issues.
